The LEAP Essentials curriculum has been honed over the past four years of the flagship LEAP program through input from our 300+ alumni to ensure laser focus on applicable, real-world skills that truly matter.
Program participants will join a cross-industry community of peers supporting their growth, offering fresh perspectives and helping to expand their network and personal board of directors.
Marketing leaders with 10-25 years of experience who are currently leading teams. Small groups are curated based on role, experience level and leadership goals.
It's built around highly interactive, live virtual sessions, 2 hours per week for 6 weeks. Each session blends intellectual with emotional stimuli as well as whole and small-group aspects to create the conditions for meaningful reflection, inspiration and growth.
$4800 per person which includes access to the LEAP community platform for connecting with peers, access to resources and more.
The six-week program takes place May 7th to June 11th, 2025, each Wednesday from 9 am - 11 am PT (noon - 2 pm ET).
The class is made up of approximately 50 marketing executives from some of the world's most recognized and fastest-growing brands.
