Nadine Dietz is the Co-founder and CEO at Virtuosi LEAP. She is the former GM of Marketers That Matter, Chief Community Officer of Adweek, Author of the ANA CMO Playbook, Strategic Advisor to VentureBeat, CMO of The CMO Club and founder of many major industry initiatives ranging from Sustainability & DEI Councils to the Adweek Executive Mentorship Program to cross-brand collaboration teams and marketing boards. Nadine has dedicated the last decade of her career to helping marketers connect, grow, inspire and support each other across the wide range of challenges they face, skills to master, and careers to evolve. She has helped thousands of seasoned, new and aspiring CMOs understand what it takes to excel in the ever-changing top marketing role. To help communities connect, Nadine has created, launched, hosted and scaled many platforms that support the marketing community, to include: expanding Marketers That Matter globally, Visionaries featuring over 140 of the world’s most exciting leaders, CMO Moves which covered over $7 Trillion in revenue, Adweek’s Steering Committee, Sustainability Council, DEI Council, Innovators Council, Women Trailblazers Council, Gen ZEO Council and CMO Collaboration Teams. Further, Nadine established the industry’s first Executive Mentor Program at scale, now hosted by Adweek, connecting 250 world leaders with the CMOs of tomorrow and the first #BrandsTogether slack workspace for 450+ brand leaders to collaborate in real-time around important marketing and societal challenges. The first two decades of her career were spent in marketing, strategic advising, and consumer-centricity consulting where she worked with many top global organizations including Unilever, PepsiCo, Abbott, Walmart, Target, Safeway, Ahold, Carrefour, Auchan, to name a few. She is currently serving and has served many companies as a Strategic Advisor.
